By accessing and using FitZone facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities.

2. Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your membership credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Abide by all gym rules and policies

3. Health and Safety

Before participating in any fitness activities, you should:

• Consult with a physician if you have any health concerns
• Inform staff of any medical conditions or limitations
• Use equipment properly and follow staff instructions
• Report any injuries or equipment issues immediately

4. Facility Rules

Members must:

• Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear
• Return equipment to designated areas after use
• Wipe down equipment after each use
• Respect other members and staff
• Follow time limits on cardio equipment during peak hours

5. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in membership suspension.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership with 30 days written notice. See our Membership Agreement for detailed cancellation policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitZone is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Members use facilities at their own risk.
